Since 2016 Cullen has been helping Hamilton with his daily routine, personal logistics, diet, sleep patterns, travel arrangements and more. After Lewis won the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix and Mercedes clinched its seventh constructors’ championship, she left a heartfelt message on her Instagram page.
“When I first started working with Lewis to be honest I had little hands-on knowledge of the F1 paddock,” wrote Cullen.
“Like you, I had read endless stories about the physical and mental demands placed on F1 drivers, but it wasn’t until 2016, my first season, that I really experience the realities.
“The intensity of every weekend. The demands on energy and focused determination necessary to produce results with the tiny margins that separate success and utter disappointment.
