Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc say he is kept changing his mind on who will win the 2021 title, but since the Brazilian Grand Prix, he believes it will be Lewis Hamilton.
With the battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen as close as it can be ahead of the penultimate race of the 2021 season, Charles Leclerc was asked to give his opinion on who will become the 2021 Formula 1 champion.
“I keep changing my mind,” Leclerc said ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
“I was pretty sure Max will get it until Sao Paulo. Then after Brazil I changed a bit my mind. And now I think probably Lewis is on a good run.

“But it’s true, Max has the points advantage which is what matters. So it’s going to be tight, but if anything, maybe Lewis.”
Charles also says that the fierce title battle this year has no impact on his season.
“I don’t have anything in particular, it’s just very nice to see for the sport. Also, I mean for myself I don’t see much of that battle because I’m racing at the same time of them.
“But it’s nice to see the title fight being so close,” he concluded.
