Red Bull team boss Christian Horner says in 2021 “many things happened on the track and many others off”, and adds his relationship with Toto Wolff is “fine” because he hasn’t “seen him since 2021”.
There’s no doubt that the 2021 title battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen has been very intense.
While there were many fierce clashes between the two drivers on the track, there were just as many clashes between Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff and Red Bull team boss Christian Horner off it.
In a talk with Corriere Della Sera, Horner said the battle has given him “grey hair”.

“Before then I didn’t have a grey hair, look now…,“ the Briton said.
“It was hard, intense, many things happened on the track and many others off. We made an incredible effort to win.”
Asked whether his relationship with Wolff has improved since 2021, Horner said:
“I haven’t seen him since 2021, so everything is fine.”
