In his recent Instagram post Lewis Hamilton denied rumours regarding his contract negotiations with Mercedes.
There have recently been several reports all over the F1 media about the supposed details of the contract negotiation between Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes. The first report centered around a 2-year deal that was almost done, while the second report said that Lewis is looking for around £60 million for a 4-year deal.
Now, in an Instagram post Hamilton denied both rumours.
“FYI Toto and I have not even spoken about [a] contract yet,” wrote the Briton.
“Nothing is being negotiated currently, papers [are] making up stories.”
So there you have it, straight from the main person involved.
