At the FIA’s Prize Giving Ceremony Hamilton, Bottas and Mercedes received their 2020 trophies, while Lewis also picked up the Personality of the Year Award and President’s Special Award.
The FIA Prize Giving Ceremony has been organized a bit differently this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event took place in Geneva, while the guests were attending the event virtually.
Lewis Hamilton picked up his 2020 Drivers’ Championship trophy from Mercedes’ base in Brackley, Valtteri Bottas picked up the second place trophy from the Automobile Club de Monaco and Toto Wolff picked up the Constructors’ trophy from what appeared to be his home :).

Lewis also received the FIA Personality of the Year Award, selected by permanently accredited media from each of the FIA championships. This was his third time to receive this honour.
FIA President Jean Todt awarded the President’s Special Award to Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher for “their shared achievement in winning seven titles, and the inspiration their sporting and personal commitments have brought to the world”.
Congratulations Lewis, Valtteri and Mercedes on your amazing achievements in 2020, from SilverArrows.Net!
