Mercedes has released an image from a new photo shoot in which George Russell is wearing a black Mercedes race suit.
Mercedes will launch their new 2022 challenger on February 18, but the colour scheme of the car is still unknown.
There have been several reports pointing toward a return to Mercedes’ traditional predominantly silver livery, but if the team’s new photo of George Russell is anything to go by, this might not be the case.
Mercedes has shared a photo of George in his new race suit, and the suit is black! Of course this also doesn’t mean that the car will again be black, but it’s definitely an interesting development.
