Formula 1 will introduce new regulations in 2026, including completely new power units with an emphasising on electrification and sustainable fuels, while also eliminating the MGU-H component.
While the new regulations have been agreed upon, Mercedes’ Chief Technical Officer Mike Elliott says the FIA still has to work with the teams to make sure they are “functional and effective”.
