Toto Wolff says Red Bull winning every race in 2023 “would not be good for F1”, and adds Mercedes has “the best drivers to counter that”.
Nobody can deny Red Bull’s dominance in 2023. The team has won every race in the season so far, and it appears nobody can challenge them at the moment.
In an interview with Österreich newspaper, Toto Wolff praised Red Bull for the job they have done.
“F1 has always been designed so that the best should win, the rules are the same for everyone,” the Austrian said.
“When a team does a better job, you have to acknowledge it without envy. Red Bull made the best of the situation and did the best job.

“We’re trying and the Spaniards are right to hope for Alonso. He is the only one who regularly drives onto the podium alongside Red Bull.”
Asked if he thinks Red Bull can become the first team in history to win every race in a season, Wolff said:
“I hope not because that would not be good for F1. But you have a car with which this is possible.
“We have the best drivers to counter that, but we have to get our car right to prevent that,” he concluded.
