Valtteri Bottas won a rally at Rallycircuit Cote d’Azur, based at Circuit Paul Ricard. The Finn won by a 50 second margin.
Bottas was driving a Citroen DS3 and finished ahead of Robert Consani in a Skoda Fabia R5. The Mercedes F1 driver has been active on the rally circuit throughout 2019, after making his competitive debut in January and the Arctic Lapland Rally, where he finished fifth.
It is nice to see Bottas on a winning path even outside of Formula 1. Congratulations Valtteri!
