Max Verstappen was critical of Lewis Hamilton’s Australian Grand Prix lap 1 overtaking manoeuvre, and added “it’s something for the next races to take into account”.

On the first lap of the Australian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton passed Max Verstappen to get P2.

Verstappen believed the Briton did not leave him enough racing room and then radioed his team to complain.

After the race he said he believes rules were “not followed”.

“From my side, I just tried to avoid contact,” the Dutch driver said.
