Sebastian Vettel says that Fernando Alonso’s radio outburst at Lewis Hamilton was “very disrespectful” and adds the Spaniard also “does mistakes”.
Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso were involved in a collision at Les Combes on lap 1 of the Belgian Grand Prix.
Alonso immediately went on the radio and called Hamilton “an idiot”, and added “this guy only knows how to drive and start in first”.
Alonso has since apologized for his comments, but he also complained about the fact that team radio broadcast are being made public.
Asked whether he thinks team radio messages should be broadcast or kept private, Sebastian Vettel gave his opinion on the whole situation.
