During a recent live stream, Lando Norris called Lewis Hamilton an eight-time champion, while he was showing off his F1 helmet collection.
While answering fan questions in a recent live stream, McLaren’s Lando Norris pointed to his mini helmet collection and introduced Lewis Hamilton’s helmet by saying:
“Here is when Lewis won his eighth world champ…”
Realizing his mistake Lando immediately stopped, dropped his head down, and started holding off laughter.
This is not the first time that Lewis has been publicly called an eight-time champion. In fact, this has happened several times since the controversial finish of the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
