Angela Cullen, Lewis Hamilton‘s physiotherapist, performance coach, assistant and overall right-hand woman explains Biomechanics and how it relates to wellbeing.

Angela works for Hintsa Performance, a performance coaching services which operates under the guiding principle that ‘performance is a by-product of wellbeing’. She joined Hintsa in 2014, and started working with Lewis Hamilton in 2016, after the company’s founder, and Lewis’ performance mentor, Dr Aki Hintsa passed away.

The following video has been filmed a year later, in 2017, and in it she explains what the Biomechanics component in the Hintsa model is. It’s interesting in light of the fact that it is the method that has helped Lewis continue to operate at peak performance.
