Lewis Hamilton gives his comments on Max Verstappen’s current title-winning streak, and adds “Max and Fernando have one thing in common” with him.
Max Verstappen has completely dominated the last two Formula 1 seasons and now has three world titles to his name.
Of course, considering he won the 2021 title under extremely controversial circumstances, a lot of fans and observers will always question his first title win, however, there’s no doubt that his performances in 2022 and 2023 have been brilliant.
When asked by Dutch magazine Formule 1 to comment on Max’s streak, Lewis said: “I would say ‘keep doing what you’re doing’. He’s doing great.”

He then explained what Verstappen and Fernando Alonso have in common with him.
“I think Max and Fernando have one thing in common with me. We are all extremely competitive. We go to great lengths to achieve what we want.
“I can’t say much about what they are like as people though. I only know them from the Formula 1 world.
“It’s not like I go and visit them!” the Briton concluded.
