Mercedes has released a teaser image of its 2022 Formula 1 car – the W13, and at closer inspection it appears to be silver!
It has already been rumoured that Mercedes could return to its traditional silver colour scheme in 2022, after two years of having a black livery.
Well, the team now released a teaser of their new 2022 car, and it does appear to be silver. You can take a look below.

Of course, we couldn’t resist so we brightened the image, and it truly seems to be silver.
It has to be noted that this is most probably a demonstration car before it is painted, so it doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Still, it is a cool look at what the new 2022 car might look like!
