Lewis Hamilton has returned to Mercedes’ Brackley factory on Monday and Tuesday, reportedly to do a seat fitting for his 2022 car.

RacingNews365.com reports that Mercedes has confirmed Lewis Hamilton has returned to the team’s Brackley headquarters on Monday and Tuesday.

After the Briton returned to social media this Saturday, following a long period of media silence, it seems that his preparations for the 2022 season are in full swing.

Yesterday he released a video of himself taking an early morning run with his physio and assistant Angela Cullen, and now he is back with the team to do more 2022 season preparations.

According to a report from German newspaper Bild, while at Brackley Lewis did a seat fitting for his 2022 car, which will launch of February 18.

In a social media post Mercedes also teased the new car’s colour scheme, although the image doesn’t reveal which colour will be dominant.

You can take a look at the teaser below.
