Charles Leclerc says Lewis Hamilton will “never be out of the question for a championship fight”, and “if he has the car he will be there”.
At Ferrari’s 2023 car launch, Charles Leclerc was asked to give his opinion who he believes will be the biggest challengers for the 2023 Formula 1 championship.
The Monegasque driver singled out Lewis Hamilton.
“Lewis will never be out of the question for a championship fight,” Leclerc said.

“I’m pretty sure if he has the car he will be there. We must not forget what he’s achieved in the sport and he still has it.
“We saw that many times last year. Lewis will be there, like Red Bull will be, too.
“And I hope it’s going to be a great fight,” he concluded.
