Charles Leclerc says he has already been in contact with Lewis Hamilton, after the Briton’s new Ferrari deal was announced.
At Ferrari’s 2024 car launch, Charles Leclerc confirmed he has already communicated with Lewis Hamilton, after his 2025 Ferrari signing was announced.
“We have had discussions with Lewis, especially when everything was announced and official, we texted each other of course,” the Monegasque driver said.

“As I said, Lewis is a great champion with a lot of experience and so much success. It is always interesting to have a new team-mate as you learn different ways of working, of driving.
“And even more so when my team-mate is a seven-time world champion,” Leclerc concluded.
