James Allison says Lewis “has proven seven times that he is World Championship material and he was the highest scoring non-Red Bull driver” in 2023.
George Russell is aware that he is “going up against the greatest driver of all time” in Lewis Hamilton, but he still wants “to be ahead of him”.
George says Mercedes has been “working towards our new car concept for a number of months, we’ve cross-checked everything 1,000 times, and we’re all very confident”.
