The FIA confirms Lewis Hamilton’s car was chosen to undergo thorough inspection following his amazing British Grand Prix victory.
After Lewis Hamilton’s spectacular victory at the British Grand Prix, his first in two and a half years, the FIA announced that his car has been subjected to a routine inspection.
According to the FIA, the car has been “found to be in conformance with the 2024 Formula One technical regulations”.

The FIA also announced what has been inspected.
“Subject to these physical inspections were the complete ICE air intake system, including a thorough physical inspection of the engine plenum and the charge air cooler as well as all sensors related to the system, their loom routing and connections to the SECU and other units,” the governing organization explained.
