Ferrari team boss Frederic Vasseur says Lewis Hamilton “is a monster in terms of organisation and approaching the race, and “he will raise the level of our demands and preparation”.
Lewis Hamilton will leave Mercedes at the end of 2024, to join Ferrari in 2025.
In a talk with l’Équipe, Ferrari team boss Frederic Vasseur discussed Lewis’ arrival and explained what he believes the Briton will do for the team.
“Even for Charles [Leclerc], having Lewis there will be very useful,” Vasseur said.

“He is a monster in terms of organisation and approaching the race. He will raise the level of our demands and preparation.
“I feel he [Hamilton] wants to win so badly. Lewis is an excellent motivator. It’s not just a question of setting a faster lap time.
“It is also about knowing we have 1,500 people who want to compete because he is there, because he pushes, because he will not settle for the first best answer he gets,” the Frenchman concluded.
