Lewis Hamilton talks about how he passed his time during the two hour period when drivers were waiting to see if the Belgian Grand Prix would start.

As boring as the whole ordeal was to watch for the fans, it wasn’t much easier for drivers. Lewis explained what he was doing while waiting.

I was back in my room, listening to the new Kanye [West] album,” said the Briton.

“I was watching the weather, looking out of the window most of the time just praying the thing would clear up so we could get going.

“Obviously that time never came. I did speak to Stefano [Domenicali, F1 CEO], who came along, just telling him how bad it is out there.”

Hamilton at one point needed a comfort break, and later when he got back in the car he had an interesting radio message for the team.

“I’m glad I went to the toilet. The one I went to, someone had dropped a crazy bomb in there. The worst thing ever.

“It’s going to haunt me for life,” concluded Hamilton jokingly.
