Max Verstappen says there is respect between him and Lewis Hamilton, despite their 2021 battles often going over the limit.
In a recent interview Max Verstappen was asked about his relationship with Lewis Hamilton, considering how fierce their 2021 title rivalry had been.
“We’ve had our fights, but there’s also a lot of respect,” Verstappen said.
“He’s one of the greatest racers ever.”
Recently Lewis talked about the possibility of a biopic about his life and career being made, but when asked who he would like to play him, he wasn’t able to say immediately.

However, when Verstappen was asked who he would like to play him in a possible movie focusing on the 2021 title fight, he did have a name in mind.
“First of all, I hope that never happens, I do not need that,” the Dutch driver said.
“But if it does and now, Leonardo DiCaprio could play me. That would be great.”
It’s an interesting thought, but Leo might just be a bit too old to play Max. 🙂
