McLaren Team Principal Andreas Seidl talks about what Lando Norris could learn from Lewis Hamilton to become a Fomula 1 champion in the future.
While McLaren’s team boss Andreas Seidl was talking about the qualities that can help Lando Norris become a world champion in the future, he gave an example of the qualities he sees in Lewis Hamilton.
“It’s something… I admire a lot when I look at Lewis,” said Seidl.

“How he manages year by year to pull it off. Also when having a car that is maybe not the best one, or in a difficult race, to still then be able to strike back and still score important points for the championship.
“That’s something which makes the difference in the end.
“It’s about consistency and performance,” concluded the German.
