Sebastian Vettel says he has “sent him a message” to Lewis Hamilton after he learned about his Ferrari move, and he discusses how he thinks the Briton will adapt.
Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton have been great friends for years now, so it’s not surprising that in a recent interview with Sky Germany, Seb revealed he is “in touch” with Lewis regarding his move to Ferrari.
“I was very sceptical at first and thought it wasn’t true,” Vettel said.
“But then some of it turned out to be true and I am very happy for Lewis. I sent him a message right after that and we are still in touch.”
Seb, who also has experience as a Ferrari driver from 2015 until 2019, then discussed how he believes Lewis will adapt to his new surroundings.
