Lewis Hamilton has given a speech to the Mercedes team at their HQ in Brackley, and he says “every individual is so important to us and to get us back to the front of the grid”.
Lewis Hamilton has visited Mercedes’ factory in Brackley, where he thanked the team and gave them words of encouragement for 2023.
“We kept pushing and didn’t give up,” Lewis said.
“We could have easily given up when you see what we faced. I didn’t see that.
“Everyone, every individual is so important to us and to get us back to the front of the grid.”
