During an interview with Spanish newspaper AS, Lewis Hamilton was asked if he regretted not driving for Ferrari in his Formula 1 career.
In late 2019 and early 2020 there were a lot of rumours about Lewis Hamilton possibly going to Ferrari, to finish his career with the Italian team. Some journalists were saying it was the Briton’s dream to drive for the Scuderia one day.
Lewis has basically denied that story on multiple occasions and stated he wants to remain with Mercedes even after his driving career is over.
Now during an interview with Spanish newspaper AS, he was asked if he regretted not driving for Ferrari.

“I don’t live with regrets,” Lewis said.
“I make mistakes and look at what I could have done differently, but I don’t think about what I could have done in one place or another.
“I preferred to go to a team that was not winning. When I got to Mercedes they were fifth in the Constructors’ Championship and we started out very modestly.
“On the other side, the top teams have all these records and successes, so the victories there mean less,” concluded Hamilton.
