More images of Mercedes’ revised sidepods emerge!

Mercedes will officially unveil the upgrades for the W14 tomorrow, however many unofficial images making the rounds are showing that the ‘zero-sidepod’ is definitely gone.

This weekend Mercedes will unveil its first major upgrade for the W14, and the team has promised the car will sport  a revised front suspension, bodywork and floor.

The big question on everybody’s mind has been whether the team will scrap its controversial ‘zero-sidepod’ concept for a more conventional design.

Well, multiple images have now emerged of the revised sidepods, and its completely obvious that the concept is gone.

It remains to be seen how this change will influence Mercedes’ performance when the revised car hits the track for the first time tomorrow.
